Terms and Conditions for London Model Academy Bookings

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • All bookings made with London Model Academy are considered final and binding.

    • Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or canceled.

  2. Non-Refundable Policy:

    • London Model Academy operates on a strict non-refundable policy for all bookings.

    • The non-refundable policy is in place due to the nature of our business, which involves significant planning, resources, and commitment in preparing for each booked session.

    • We aim to provide the best possible experience and ensure that our trainers and facilities are reserved exclusively for confirmed bookings.

  3. Service Usage Timeframe:

    • Upon booking, it is the customer's responsibility to utilize the services offered by London Model Academy within a period of three months from the date of booking.

    • Failure to schedule and attend the booked services within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the booking without any entitlement to a refund or rescheduling.

  4. Rescheduling:

    • In exceptional cases, London Model Academy may consider rescheduling a booking at its discretion.

    • Any requests for rescheduling must be made in writing to London Model Academy at least one week prior to the scheduled booking date.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability, and London Model Academy reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests without providing a reason.

  5. Changes and Cancellations by London Model Academy:

    • In the event that London Model Academy needs to make changes or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives or offer a refund.

    • London Model Academy shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer as a result of such changes or cancellations.

  6. Liability:

    • While London Model Academy takes all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and professional environment, customers acknowledge and accept that participation in our services carries inherent risks.

    • London Model Academy shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during or as a result of the booked services.

By making a booking with London Model Academy, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

IMAGES AND COPYRIGHT

The image copyright of all images is owned by the photographer, depending on who your model trainer and photographer is on the day and can be released to our direct or indirect licensees and assignees. All images may be used for personal use only by the end user. Any commercial use of images taken on the day by the client will be deemed a breach of image usage and dealt with accordingly. Should the image be used in a derogatory manner or in a public environment deemed inappropriate by London Model Academy, London Model Academy reserves the right to remove the photo.

If you wish to use the images for commercial use for your own business ( designer etc ) and not for a model portfolio then you can purchase the copyright from the owner. this can be discussed on the day.
